Hypercycle Return Policy:

On Trackday Purchases we do not offer any refunds of any kind. We do however offer a credit for unused trackdays to be used within one year from original date of purchase. If the customer does not call one week prior to the date of the event to inform Hypercycle of his/her absence, $40 will be deducted from the credit and the remaining balance will be applied to the customer. If customer credit is not used within one year from original date of purchase, the credit will be forfeit. Trackday credits are none transferable and cannot be used for other products (only other trackday events). If an event that is chosen by the customer has a higher cost, the customer must pay the price difference at registration on the day of the event.

Hypercycle Discount Policy:

Hypercycle provides discounts tocertain groups and customers for promotional reasons.  In the case of groups, the renegotiated group size must be met to receive the discount, if the group size is not met, the group will lose the discount applied, and all members will be charged the difference at registration on the day of the event. 
Hypercycle also offers Racer and Military discounts, in such an instance, proof must be shown at the event during registration.  If the customer fails to show Valid, Current identification of such discount, the customer will be charged the difference at registration on the day of the event.
